We try our best to ship all in one time, it my happen that you get two shipments when products are not instock. When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package.

Unfortunately it can happen that your product is broke or does not function the way it should. In that case contact us and send us the pictures of the part that is broken. We will eater send you a replacement or ask you to ship the product to our service department where we will fix the problem.
