All orders are shipped with TNT Express or DHL within 24 hours and most packages arrive within 3-5 business days. In rare cases, TNT Express or DHL loses a package and it takes up to 10 days to deliver. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Consumers accounts can return their order within 30 days We will accept a refund for store credit or exchanges, business accounts these are not eligible for returns.

We try our best to ship all in one time, it my happen that you get two shipments when products are not instock. When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package.
Yes you can order some spare parts, contact us about the parts you need and we let you know what is possible.
Unfortunately it can happen that your product is broke or does not function the way it should. In that case contact us and send us the pictures of the part that is broken. We will eater send you a replacement or ask you to ship the product to our service department where we will fix the problem.
